It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the following:
- Timely receipt of workers at the airport.
- Inform Sagar Recruitment about the workers’ arrival.
- Provide an advance payment to each worker upon their arrival in the country of work (which can be deducted from their monthly salary).
- Arrange furnished and suitable housing accommodations.
- Ensure the availability of water and electricity in the living area.
- Ensure the safety and security of workers, particularly female workers, in both the living and working areas.
- Timely payment of salary for each working month.
- Keep track of the validity of workers’ passports and residence permits/employment visas.
- Treat workers with respect and dignity.
- Provide proper medical treatment to workers in the event of illness or accidents.
- Notify Sagar Recruitment of any problems that require their assistance.
- Adhere to the terms of the agreement signed between the employer and the workers.
