The legal document requirements vary from country to country; however, five key documents are mandatory for all destinations.

SASaudi Arabia

Attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is mandatory.

MYMalaysia

Both Notary Public attestation and Nepal Embassy attestation are required.

Note:To avoid delays, ensure all documents are complete, correctly attested, and meet the legal requirements of both the country of employment and the Government of Nepal.

Deployment Procedure

At Sagar Recruitment Pvt. Ltd., we follow a systematic and transparent Deployment Procedure to ensure that every candidate is legally cleared, well-prepared, and ready to work overseas. Our process strictly complies with the Foreign Employment Act of Nepal and destination country regulations.

Final Approval from DoFE

Submission of all required documents (employment contract, medical report, insurance, and welfare fund receipts) to the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) for final clearance.

Visa Stamping / Issuance

Coordination with the employer or recruitment partner for visa processing, and verification of visa details to ensure accuracy before travel.

Air Ticket & Travel Confirmation

Booking of confirmed flight tickets according to the deployment schedule, providing candidates with itineraries and airport instructions.

Pre-Departure Orientation Certificate

Ensuring candidates have attended the mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation certified by DoFE, covering workplace culture, legal rights, and safety.

Saudi Authorized Partner

Saudi Visa Process

The visa processing procedure for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is distinct. We follow a strict, step-by-step approach in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Legal Docs & E-Wakala

Employer provides E-Wakala and mandatory documents attested by Saudi MOFA and Chamber of Commerce.

Candidate Selection

Candidates selected by employer representatives or our HR team based on approved demand.

MOFA Number Acquisition

Obtaining MOFA numbers via authorized portal (enjazit.com.sa) using agency credentials.

Medical Examination

Tests at accredited GAMCA Nepal or other authorized centers. Results in usually 3 working days.

Visa Stamping

Submission of Medical Fit reports, original passports, and MOFA approval to the Saudi Embassy.

Official Authorization

Only manpower companies authorized and issued an **Entry Card** by the Saudi Embassy in Kathmandu are eligible to submit passports.

Worker Welfare
